$BTC Day 35 of my short position.
Bitcoin has only fallen 3% from its high, but it feels great—really great. I haven't felt this good in a long time. In this market, whether you're going long or short, the tough days always outnumber the good ones. Prices go up and down; as long as we can make a profit, that's what matters.
Yesterday I said Bitcoin would reach around 81,900, and it played out as expected. Looking at the shorter timeframes, Friday through the weekend will most likely be dominated by a rebound and recovery candles. If you haven't entered a short yet, you can wait for a move to around 83,500 before opening one.
Altcoins showed signs of holding up better yesterday, which also fits my earlier assessment: the drop was too sudden for the market makers to react in time. They'll wait for Bitcoin to stabilize before pumping prices to attract capital. So, overall, altcoins will most likely have a decent run over the weekend.
For the altcoins you're holding now, such as $APT, keep holding and wait for the rebound.
