According to Jin10, Huawei adjusted prices for its Nova 16 series starting at 12:00 a.m. on October 9, 2026, with the suggested retail prices of the Nova 16 and Nova 16 Pro raised by 400 yuan and the Nova 16 SE raised by 200 yuan; channel pickup prices were also raised. After the adjustment, the Nova 16 256G is priced at 3,399 yuan and the 512G at 3,899 yuan; the Nova 16 Pro 256G at 4,299 yuan and the 512G at 4,799 yuan; and the Nova 16 SE 256G at 2,899 yuan and the 512G at 3,399 yuan. Huawei has not yet responded officially. On the same day, Xiaomi also raised prices across the Xiaomi 17 Ultra lineup by 1,000 yuan, with the standard version increasing from 6,999 yuan to 7,999 yuan and the Leica version from 7,999 yuan to 8,999 yuan; prices on Xiaomi's official website have been updated. This is Huawei's second price adjustment in just over a month after the Mate 80 series was raised by 800 yuan to 1,000 yuan on September 1.
