$BTC The trending topic is still saying that it has fallen below $81,000, but what matters more now is: after taking it back, can the repair continue? My view is cautious. The overnight low is behind us, but the overhead support from before still hasn’t been repaired. We can’t treat an old headline as the current quote, and we can’t call a rebound a reversal.

In the previous piece, I observed whether 82,935.66 could be reclaimed and hold, and used 82,227.56 as the level to watch for repair failure. The new path has already given the answer: last night between 17:00 and 18:00, it briefly reached 83,119.48, then continued to fall; between 23:00 and 00:00, it dropped to 80,914.23, breaking the old low. This shows that the earlier judgment of repair needs to be withdrawn, and we can’t keep treating the previous highs as if they had already become support.

This morning brought another change. Between 01:00 and 02:00, it fell to 80,393.56 and closed at 80,748.46; between 02:00 and 03:00, it reclaimed 81,512, moving back above 81,000. Later, by 09:00 to 10:00, the full-hour close had risen to 81,974. A breakdown did happen, and a reclaim happened afterward too. The added analysis this time is the second stage of repair after the failure, not a repeat report of last night’s breakdown.

What I care more about is how much volume this repair cost. From 08:00 to 09:00, spot trading volume was about 35.38 million USDT; from 09:00 to 10:00, it was about 34.20 million, down roughly 3.33%, while the later close rose by about 0.20%. Prices climbed slowly, but volume did not expand in step, so for now there is no clear sign of a new volume-backed push. That does not mean the rebound must be over, and trading volume is not the same as net capital inflow; this is only a reminder that there is still a stretch that needs verification between leaving the low and forming a strong trend again.

There is another easily overlooked detail: the 09:00 to 10:00 low was 81,603.52, lower than the previous hour’s 81,704, yet it still closed higher in the end. There was still downward probing intraday, and the repair came only in the final stretch. This kind of back-and-forth is not suited to looking only at the fact that the close was up, and it is not enough to prove that a certain type of capital is aggressively accumulating.

Next, I will first watch whether the following full hour can reclaim the 09:00 to 10:00 high of 81,996.01, and whether the subsequent pullback can still stay above it. If volume increases but price repeatedly fails to hold, the credibility of the repair will decline; if it loses 81,603.52 again, it means this recent rebound is starting to come under pressure again. Further below, 80,393.56 is the low that has already occurred in this move, and a further break below it would require reassessing the entire repair.

At 10:32 Beijing time, Binance BTCUSDT spot was around 81,960, still above 81,000; the 10:00 to 11:00 hour is not yet complete, so it cannot be counted as a confirmed signal in advance. My choice is to acknowledge that the rebound has made progress, while waiting for confirmation after the reclaim, rather than ignoring the recovery just because the trending headline is bearish, or declaring a trend guarantee simply because it has moved back above a round number.
