Securitize brings Apple, Nvidia, and Tesla to Solana: U.S. stock tokenization is finally here

According to an October 8 report by CoinDesk, Securitize is bringing tokenized shares of Apple, Nvidia, and Tesla to Solana, with NYSE trading also in the works. This isn’t some small platform hyping itself up—it’s Wall Street officially moving on-chain.

Until now, tokenized U.S. stocks have mostly been experiments on fringe platforms. This time, it’s Securitize—the issuer behind BlackRock’s BUIDL, with all the necessary regulatory licenses. An institutional-grade player is getting involved.

Tokenized stocks are coming to Solana rather than Ethereum because it’s fast and cheap. Solana’s narrative now has another layer: a public blockchain for real-world assets (RWA). You have to hand it to Solana—it’s really been good at landing projects over the past two years.

Tokenized stocks aren’t the same as the stocks themselves. They don’t come with shareholder rights, their prices follow the U.S. stock market, and they’re still subject to crypto-market volatility. In my view, this is a long-term positive but a short-term trading play. Chasing the price now will most likely leave you holding the bag.

The RWA sector is really starting to bear fruit in 2026, and bringing U.S. stocks on-chain is just the beginning. The RWA narrative at $SOL is worth following over the long term, but don’t chase short-term highs—wait for a pullback.
