【Market Update】Quantum-safe security company Project Eleven announced that Quantus, a quantum-resistant public blockchain, has officially joined its institutional-grade custody platform, Strongpoint, as a development partner.
The two parties plan to integrate the Quantus network into Strongpoint’s post-quantum blockchain asset custody system, with support expected to launch in the first quarter of 2027. Project Eleven’s reasoning is straightforward: the cryptography that protects private keys today may not work tomorrow—Strongpoint is preparing in advance for a future in which “cryptography is no longer secure.”
Once institutional-grade quantum-resistant custody is in place, it could address the “quantum attack” vulnerability that long-term holders worry about most, while further raising the barriers to entry in the custody sector.
