WHAT SUPPLY ZONE WOULD YOU CHOOSE FOR A SHORT?
The answer: Supply zone 1 is strong. Supply zone 2 is weak.
📉 The difference is the liquidity sweep.
In zone 1, the price sweeps the highs, breaks the structure downward, and returns to the supply zone. This provides greater confluence to look for a SHORT.
In zone 2, there is no same liquidity sweep above the highs before the drop, so the zone has less confirmation.
Without liquidity, you don’t get the reversal. You become the liquidity.
Always look for supply zones that sweep liquidity first. That’s the difference between a zone that holds and one that doesn’t.
