At key price levels, I usually look at three things around 3 o’clock:
① Close: If price intraday crosses it but doesn’t hold, it doesn’t count; only when the whole K-line stands above 0.05 is it considered a valid breakout;
② Retest: Can it hold when it pulls back to around 0.05? If it holds, then the prior resistance becomes support;
③ Volume: When breaking out, does the volume keep up? Breakouts without volume are often false.
