AI trading agent company completes $30 million seed round
According to Fortune, AI trading agent startup Catalyst announced it has completed a $30 million seed round of financing, led by Sequoia Capital, with participation from Jump Trading, Peak XV, Lux Capital, AntiFund, Coinbase, and Premji Invest. The company was founded in 2025 by Justin Zheng and Dylan Iskandar.
What’s worth paying attention to is that Jump Trading$JUP and Coinbase appear together on the investor list in the AI agent trading track, suggesting that market makers and exchanges are viewing AI agents as a future entry point for trading flow.
Quantus’s anti-quantum narrative
