According to CNBC, U.S. stock futures were little changed Thursday night after OpenAI disclosed to investors that it saw $50 billion in annualized revenue at the end of September, a figure that helped trigger a selloff in artificial intelligence shares. S&P 500 futures were up 0.1%, Nasdaq 100 futures added 0.3%, and Dow Jones Industrial Average futures rose 41 points, or 0.08%. SpaceX climbed about 3% in extended trading after announcing a deal to buy a nationwide spectrum portfolio, while AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile fell as investors worried the agreement could intensify competition. CoreWeave dropped more than 7%, Oracle, Intel and Super Micro Computer lost around 5%, Advanced Micro Devices slid close to 4%, and Nvidia fell almost 3%. The Nasdaq Composite declined more than 1%, its biggest one-day loss since mid-August, while the S&P 500 fell 0.5% and the Dow ended slightly above flat.
