Bitcoin fell a compounded 3.24% during Wall Street’s 9:30 a.m.–4 p.m. New York sessions from Sept. 21 to Oct. 7, while gaining 6.07% outside that window, CryptoSlate’s analysis of Binance data shows.
Sept. 30 and Oct. 2 drove the loss. Excluding them leaves a 1.28% gain, but starting the window at 9 a.m. or 10 a.m. turns that into a loss. The data does not identify who sold.
