The price has weakened, but the rate remains positive for most of the time.

It turns out that buyers continue paying sellers even during a decline. Historically, the positive rate around $UAI held very steadily.

For me, the next important point is cooling this rate while simultaneously maintaining support.

If that happens, pressure from overheated buying could noticeably ease.
