⚠️ Binance Square Support, I Need Your Help!
I’ve been actively creating content on Binance Square, and my Write to Earn commissions were working normally for a long time. However, my daily commission notifications suddenly stopped around September 15.
📸 My screenshots show that I previously received commission notifications of 1.305, 1.654, 0.723, 0.012, and 0.493 USDC on different days. Yet, my Write to Earn page now shows 0.00 USDC for Last Week’s Reward (September 28 – October 4), despite my continued activity.
I need a clear explanation:
🔹 Why does my weekly reward show 0.00 USDC?
🔹 Why have my regular commission notifications stopped?
🔹 Could there be an issue with my account, reward calculations, or the Write to Earn system?
🙏 @Yi He @CZ___ @Binance Square Official , please investigate my account and help me understand what happened. I’ve been contributing to Binance Square consistently, and I deserve a clear explanation of this issue.
🎫 Case ID: 806981425
I hope the Binance team will review this matter and provide a proper resolution. 💛
