Near the key price area, I usually look at three things:
① Close: if it just touches 0.04 during the session but doesn’t count, then it’s not a real breakout; only a close above 0.04 counts as a true breakout;
② Retest: when it pulls back to the 0.04 area, can it hold? If it holds, then resistance turns into support;
③ Volume: during the breakout, does the volume keep up? Breakouts on low volume are more likely to be false.
