🔁 Bitcoin has recovered 47% from its low. That sounds like a strong recovery, but has this happened before? And what happened next?
🔎 Binance Research analyzed the 7 times a similar recovery was recorded since 2011 and found an interesting pattern:
📈 When Bitcoin had experienced a very sharp drop before recovering: the rebound held, and the price reached new highs.
📉 When the previous drop had been relatively small: the rebound failed to hold in 4 out of 5 cases, and the price fell again.
👀 What about now? Bitcoin experienced a moderate drop before this rebound, putting it in the group where recoveries have historically tended not to hold.
