#NEARIntents用户付费超2900万美元 NEAR Intents user payments are no longer “more than $29 million.”
According to DefiLlama / NearStats today, total fees are about $52.9 million, and in the past 30 days they collected another ~$7.4 million. Total trading volume is about $33 billion, with about $4.55 billion in the past 30 days.
But this money is not all going to NEAR. On-chain protocol fees themselves are only 0.0001%; what users actually pay is mostly the solver price spread, plus the frontend and 1Click channel fees. The protocol’s real retained revenue in the past 30 days is about $1.97 million, roughly one quarter of the total fees. On Dune, SwapKit alone contributed about $39.4 million in fees—traffic is highly concentrated among external aggregators.
Bitwise CIO wrote on Oct 7: Intents trading volume has already passed $30 billion; this year fees are expected to be about $45 million, with some returned via buybacks. Q3 NEAR is up about 198%.
My view: moderately bullish in the medium term; don’t chase it in the short term. The revenue story is real—the fee switch likely puts Intents at supporting over 80% of NEAR’s income; but the price has already run ahead of that, and the protocol only keeps a portion of the fees, while the channels are in others’ hands. Look for pullbacks to see if there’s support—chasing higher than current levels is less appropriate.
