① Close: An intraday break doesn’t count; it’s a genuine breakdown only if the full candle closes below 0.039;
② Retest: Can it reclaim the 0.039 area on a bounce? If it can’t, that would count as a flip;
③ Volume: Did volume expand during the breakdown? Breaks on lower volume are more likely to be false.
It’s now back above the level, so the first condition hasn’t been met yet.
