$GTC has fallen below the 0.17 level; current price is 0.1692.
Around key price levels, I usually watch three things:
① Close: An intraday break doesn’t count; it’s a confirmed break only if the price closes below 0.17;
② Rebound: Can it reclaim 0.17 when it bounces back near that level? If not, that counts as a shift;
③ Volume: Did volume increase on the breakdown? Breaks on low volume are more likely to be false.
