A friend just asked me: “Is the news that the Kishu Inu founder has been charged with fraud for allegedly taking part in a $9 million rug-pull scam bullish or bearish?
My answer: It’s negative overall, but bad news doesn’t mean the price will keep falling. Once the panic subsides, there may actually be an opportunity.
