Bitcoin now has its own “federal funds rate”—and it’s paid in Bitcoin.
Institutional moves can generally be read in three ways:
① Long term: Allocating quarterly, with little regard for short-term price swings;
② Rebalancing: Adjusting positions, which doesn’t necessarily mean a bullish outlook;
③ Arbitrage: Short-term trades, entered and exited quickly.
There isn’t much information this time, so I’ll add it to the watchlist for now.
