Today we’re switching assets for our overnight map. After the sharp volatility we saw today, Wednesday, setting your "Invalidation Zone" in advance is the only way to sleep peacefully without worrying about overnight fluctuations.
On the 4-hour chart (4H), Ethereum’s drop ($ETH ) has taken it to $2,577.14 (-1.34%). The price broke sharply lower, but notice one critical detail: the RSI is at 19.35, signaling extreme oversold conditions on this timeframe.
Tonight, I’m focused on the lower Bollinger Band at $2,544.98 and the recent wick down to $2,538.06. That’s my invalidation zone. As long as $ETH manages to stay above that floor, there’s a chance for the oversold conditions to ease and for us to see a technical bounce. However, with the EMAs crossed to the downside (EMA 7 at $2,595.69 and EMA 25 far above at $2,651.18), any buy position here calls for extreme caution.
