$UNI 6 The spot position entered at this price has now given back half its profits. The price is around 8 now, after hitting a low of 7.69 in the early hours. I’m seeing a lot of people saying UNI has topped out and will eventually fall back below 6.
Why have I always been bullish on UNI? Because it’s getting closer and closer to becoming an on-chain TradFi asset that can capture real cash flow.
Uniswap has already turned actual protocol trading fees into permanent UNI burns. If, next, v2/v3/v4 trading fees on Circle Arc are routed into the same burn mechanism, then trading in stablecoins, institutional finance, and tokenized assets on Arc won’t just be good for the ecosystem—it could directly reduce UNI’s supply.
Real trading volume on Arc → TokenJar fees → actual UNI burns. Once all three are working, UNI will look more like a self-sustaining asset with dual PMF.
Narrative-wise, the real catalyst is still the actual adoption of tokenized US equities on Uniswap v4.
