Bitcoin News posted on X that Strategy holds 848,000 BTC and BlackRock’s IBIT holds 805,222 BTC, for a combined total of 1.653 million BTC. According to Odaily, these holdings represent 7.9% of Bitcoin’s 21 million supply cap. At Monday’s price of $85,179, the BTC were worth approximately $141 billion. Some of these BTC are held on corporate balance sheets, while others back the creation and redemption of ETF shares.
