🧠 Series: The Trader’s Psychology:

🔥 Lesson 4: Burnout

♦️First: What is burnout in trading? Burnout is a state of mental and emotional exhaustion caused by ongoing stress, constantly monitoring the market, and repeated losses and decisions.

This state arises when trading becomes a constant source of stress. You start watching prices for long hours, thinking about trades nonstop, and feeling exhausted even after the market closes.

Burnout doesn’t just affect your concentration; it can also lead you to trade out of revenge, make random decisions, take on more risk, or lose the discipline to follow your plan.

♦️Second: How can you manage burnout? Set clear times to monitor the market, take regular breaks, and reduce the number of trades when you feel exhausted. Don’t let trading drain your energy all day.

📍Remember that preserving your energy and focus is part of risk management. Good decisions require a calm mind.

🦅 An important rule: If you’re opening trades because you feel tired and stressed rather than because you’ve found a genuine opportunity… know that burnout has started to control your decisions.
