According to CNBC, Levi Strauss raised its full-year adjusted earnings per share outlook to $1.54 to $1.56 from $1.46 to $1.52 after receiving tariff refunds, but lowered its full-year net revenue growth guidance to 7% from a prior range of 7% to 7.5%. Analysts surveyed by LSEG had expected adjusted EPS of $1.52 to $1.59. For the fiscal third quarter, Levi reported net revenues rose 4% in the Americas, while U.S. revenue fell 1%, and operating margin increased to 13.8% from 10.8% a year earlier. The company said tariff refunds added 16 cents per share, including 5 cents that were redeployed to support the business. Levi posted adjusted EPS of 48 cents on revenue of $1.61 billion, compared with net income of $168.6 million, or 43 cents per share, in the same period last year. CEO Michelle Gass said direct-to-consumer sales fell short of internal expectations, but recent trends have improved and the business is on track for mid-single-digit growth in the fourth quarter.
