#The Ethereum Glamsterdam upgrade has arrived on the Sepolia testnet, yet ETH has failed to gain momentum. My view is that positive news is struggling to overcome near-term technical selling pressure. On the four-hour chart, price is moving within a descending channel and has retreated 7.30% from its high, sitting almost at the bottom of the range. It is less than 1% above yesterday’s low of 2532.55, and the price-volume picture is bearish. Trading volume of 29.667 million suggests selling is not particularly intense, while the funding rate remains slightly positive at 0.0017%, indicating that shorts are not excessively crowded. However, the buy/sell ratio across the top 10 levels is 1.61, suggesting support at lower levels. For a short-term trade, consider placing a long order at 2558, with a stop-loss at 2522 and a target of 2658. If support fails, reverse to a short at 2615, with a stop-loss at 2652 and a target of 2498. Keep each position to no more than 5%.
