Conduit has initiated a lawsuit against Tether concerning the freezing of $2.76 million in USDT. According to the company, these assets are essential to their daily business operations and have been kept inaccessible for more than twelve months. The firm argues that this prolonged restriction was enacted in the absence of a legitimate mandate from a Brazilian court. To resolve the matter, Conduit is asking for the restoration of their original $2.76 million principal, along with a demand for an extra $2.76 million to compensate for damages.
