If you also keep wondering, “Can Ethereum reach a new all-time high?” don't rush to guess the answer. I'm not good at betting on price levels either. What ordinary people really need is a way to make judgments without relying on emotion.
My view is: $ETH Whether it has a chance to break its all-time high depends not just on how much it has fallen, but also on whether the market is willing to recognize its value again. Price is the result, not the starting point for judgment.
You can check three things regularly.
1. Look at real demand
Don't focus only on the candlestick charts. Observe whether the Ethereum network has sustained demand for use, and whether applications, users, and funds in its ecosystem are still active. A single day's buzz may just be noise; sustained trends are more worth watching.
2. See whether its value is growing
How much a fruit shop can sell for depends on its profitability, reputation, and growth potential; Ethereum is no different. You need to assess whether its real-world role in Web3 is growing stronger, and whether its ecosystem is becoming more competitive or losing ground to other public blockchains.
3. See whether price and value are diverging
If the fundamentals haven’t improved significantly and the price is rising on sentiment alone, the risk of buying at a high is greater. If value indicators continue to improve while the price remains subdued, that’s a reason to keep watching the market and research a trading plan. This isn’t telling you to buy right away—it’s a reminder to first figure out “why you’re trading.”
What most often leads to losses isn’t being wrong once, but letting your hopes run higher and higher as prices rise, then repeatedly trying to call the bottom as they fall. The more you guess, the less willing you may be to act when a real opportunity appears.
Starting today, replace “How high can Ethereum go?” with “Which value signals are changing?” Check once a week, then decide whether to adjust your plan.
