A few signals before meme coins gain momentum

A recovery in sentiment needs to show up in price movements. Otherwise, it’s just talk.

Measure sentiment by price changes, not by how much buzz there is in the group.

PEPE 0.00000407 (-7.08%), DOGE 0.0888 (-7.16%), SHIB 0.00000545 (-7.63%), BONK 0.00000344 (-9.47%)

For comparison: BTC 83650 (24h -3.05%).

Even leading meme coin PEPE is down -7.08%, while the weakest, WIF, is down -9.52%. Meme coins are bleeding. Talking about a sentiment recovery is self-deception.

The switch for meme coins is BTC: unless it gets above 86699, I won’t treat gains in small coins as a sector-wide move.
