Securitize is a company focused on asset tokenization. It helps traditional assets such as funds and stocks be issued and traded on-chain. BlackRock’s tokenized money market fund BUIDL was brought on-chain through Securitize, and the value of its on-chain assets exceeds $4 billion. The company completed its merger with SPAC Cantor Equity Partners II on July 1 and listed on the NYSE on July 2 under the ticker SECZ. The other three in the same batch are StablecoinX, which holds approximately 3 billion $ENA (Nasdaq ticker: USDE), JPMorgan Chase (JPM), and Eli Lilly (LLY).
Binance Spot will open trading for four bStocks pairs—SECZB/USDT, USDEB/USDT, JPMB/USDT, and LLYB/USDT—on October 7 at 20:00 (UTC+8). Binance adds a B to the U.S. stock ticker to create its trading symbol (for example, SECZ becomes SECZB). Zero-fee conversions will be available on Convert during the first hour after trading opens, and withdrawals will open at 21:00. The tokens are deployed on BNB Smart Chain. Zero-fee limit orders will remain available until November 1 at 07:59. Also at 20:00, all four tokens will be added as collateral assets for Cross Margin and Unified Trading Accounts; borrowing is not supported for now.
bStocks are securities issued in Abu Dhabi’s ADGM and can be redeemed 1:1 for the corresponding underlying stocks, but they are not the stocks themselves and do not carry shareholder rights. U.S. users cannot participate. The new trading pairs may have limited liquidity initially, and prices may diverge from the underlying stocks when U.S. markets are closed. USDEB is correlated with $ENA and is a different product from the USDEXUSDT perpetual contract launched on October 6.
