$ZEC is getting dumped again, now at 1307.6, down 4.2% in 24h; BTC is down 2.8%, so it’s falling even harder than BTC. On Gate perpetuals, the daily high was 1383.61 at 21:00 last night, and the daily low was 1298.92 at 10:00 this morning. 24h trading volume was about 174 million U—a genuinely huge amount.

The chart is pretty clear: at around 9:00, about 9.38 million U pushed it down from 1366 to 1323. At 10:00, about 20.59 million U drove it down to 1298.92. It bounced to 1333, then ran out of steam. After that, the hourly highs kept moving lower: 1338 at 11:00, 1329.6 at 14:00, 1327.9 at 16:00, and 1325 at 18:00. At 18:00, another surge in volume—about 9.49 million U—sent it down to 1301.9, just 3 points above this morning’s low.

The funding rate is still +0.01% (8h). Even after a drop like this, longs are still paying, which suggests they haven’t capitulated; there’s no real buying support below.

Conclusion: Don’t buy the dip. Short a bounce to 1318–1322, with a stop-loss at 1338, targeting 1299. If it breaks below 1299 on heavy volume, look for 1280. If it gets back above 1338, admit you’re wrong. Keep the position size under 10%.
