Porsche said in materials for its capital markets day that its medium-term target for the group's sales return on sales is 10%-15%, while the auto business net cash flow margin target is 9%-12%. According to Sina Finance, the company also set a long-term group sales return on sales target of 15% and a long-term auto business net cash flow margin target of 12%.

The company put its medium-term revenue target at 4.1 billion euros to 4.5 billion euros and said cash generation is expected to grow disproportionately. It plans to lower its break-even point to below 200,000 vehicles through lean operations and cost cuts. Porsche also said it will cut 40% of management positions in the medium term, reduce its workforce by 25%, and has a strategic target of a 30% reduction.
