First movers eat the arrows. Copycats eat the market.

You see it everywhere in crypto:

$UNI paved the way → $SUSHI forked and aped
$AAVE innovated → forks multiplied
$BTC created the space → $ETH built the ecosystem

The pattern is brutal but real: pioneers take all the risk, test the model, make the mistakes. Then someone forks it, fixes the bugs, adds better tokenomics, and captures the narrative.

This is why betting on "first mover advantage" alone is cope. Execution, community, and timing matter more than being first.

Watch the copycats. Sometimes they 10x while the OG bleeds.
