PNJ HITS LIMIT-DOWN AGAIN—GUYS WHO BOUGHT THE DIP AT 35–37K, STILL BREATHING? 💀

PNJ hit limit-down again, falling 6.93% to 20,150 dong per share and extending its losing streak to 11 sessions in a row. Since hovering around 40K at the start of September, the stock has nearly been cut in half.

And PNJ has had no shortage of drama lately. The company announced a scenario in which it would need to set aside about 7.071 trillion dong in provisions related to its goods exchange/buyback policy, potentially turning its 2026 plan into a loss of more than 6.2 trillion dong if the full amount is provided. Earlier, the company also mentioned an incident related to its diamond business, while July–August business results were already 61 billion dong in the red.

The stock then kept hitting limit-down, and some securities firms lowered margin ratios. The peak came on October 2, when more than 76 million PNJ shares were bought on the dip, setting a liquidity record.

Thought the rescue squad had arrived. Turns out, as soon as those shares landed in their accounts, PNJ went on sale again =)))
