The S&P 500 has gained 18.3% in six months, while Goldman Sachs’ index excluding AI enablers rose 6.7% and remains 6.4% below its high. The benchmark and Nasdaq Composite both closed at records on Tuesday, according to BeInCrypto, as chip stocks including AMD, Marvell, Synopsys and Cadence Design Systems extended an AI-led rally. Goldman built the SPXXAI index in February to help clients hedge AI exposure.
