$PENGU #一天回撤3600u
I worked my ass off and finally turned 700u into 3800u with swing trades—more than fivefold.
Then, in one night, I nearly lost it all. When I get paid the day after tomorrow, I’ll deposit another 1600u and get back in. Goddamn it.
There I go with the same old bad habit again. I thought I was watching the charts, so I didn’t need to set a stop-loss. I removed it, and what should’ve been a 300u loss turned into a 1500u loss. Remember, everyone: never remove your stop-loss. Nobody knows when a sudden wick will hit. 😮‍💨 It really hurts. I’d made it to 3800u, and my plan for the first move down was to close everything at 3200u and take a breather. But after lowering my stop-loss, the first move down left me with only 3000u.
Then I couldn’t accept it, so I opened another trade. One trade wiped out 1600u and put me right back where I started. I feel awful. All I had to do this time was trade steadily. Failing once isn’t shameful, but I couldn’t keep my emotions in check, and one failure nearly killed me. 😮‍💨 It really is true: you can succeed countless times, but one failure is enough to kill you. It’s my own fault too—I should’ve given myself more room for error. I was an idiot for not setting a stop-loss and got caught by a wick.

What’s even worse is that yesterday, during that huge volatile move, I actually thought I could make back my original capital by aggressively rolling over my positions. Of course, I ended up losing even more.
