#温克勒沃斯在纳斯达克提交ZEC现货ETF申请 Winklevoss Asset Services, a subsidiary of Winklevoss, filed an S-1 registration statement with the SEC on October 6, seeking to launch the Winklevoss Zcash spot ETF, which is expected to list on Nasdaq under the ticker WINK. The fund will hold ZEC directly, with Gemini Trust Company as custodian, and charge an annual fee of 0.25%.

The only ZEC spot ETF currently listed in the U.S. is Grayscale ZCSH, which charges a 2.5% fee, making WINK’s fee significantly lower than its competitor’s. Winklevoss Capital plans to subscribe for up to $100 million worth of shares. This is only an application filing and does not mean the SEC has approved it; privacy coin ETFs still face regulatory uncertainty.
