Binance will support the distribution of cash dividends for Marvell Technology (MRVL) and Oracle Corporation (ORCL) through bStocks to holders of MRVLB and ORCLB. The net cash dividend amount will be reinvested, after deduction of withholding tax, fees, charges, and other applicable deductions, in additional or fractional units of the same underlying securities. Eligibility

General

  • Trading of MRVLB/USDT and ORCLB/USDT will not be affected.

  • At 2026-10-08 23:30 (UTC), token conversion services for 1:1 swaps between MRVL shares and bStocks MRVLB, and between ORCL shares and bStocks ORCLB, will be suspended.

  • At 2026-10-08 23:30 (UTC), deposits and withdrawals of MRVLB and bStocks ORCLB tokens will be suspended. Users should ensure they allow sufficient time for deposits of MRVLB and bStocks ORCLB tokens to be fully processed before this time.Ā 

  • Deposits, withdrawals, and token conversion services for MRVLB and ORCLB will resume after the distribution is complete. No further announcement will be posted. Users may also subscribe to recovery notifications if available.

  • Dividends earned on assets held in other accounts will be credited to the Spot Account, including but not limited to the Savings Account, Margin Account, etc.

  • Binance will handle all technical requirements for users participating in this event.

  • Reinvestment and dividend distribution will be made after withholding tax is deducted.

Conversion

  • Binance Convert will pause conversions of MRVLB and ORCLB, as well as all related pairs, at 2026-10-08 23:30 (UTC).
