Binance will distribute Marvell Technology (MRVL) and Oracle Corporation (ORCL) dividends via bStocks to users holding MRVLB and ORCLB balances. After applicable withholding taxes, fees, costs, and other charges are deducted, the net cash dividends will be reinvested in additional whole or fractional units of the same underlying securities. Eligible users will receive dividends in the form of MRVLB and ORCLB stock tokens. Users holding MRVLB and ORCLB balances on-chain will receive dividends through a multiplier adjustment.

• Snapshot time: 2026-10-09 08:00. Users holding MRVLB and ORCLB will be eligible for stock dividends.
• Token conversion, deposits, and withdrawals suspended: 2026-10-09 07:30
📌 Scope of Impact:
• Trading of ORCLB/USDT and MRVLB/USDT will not be affected.
• The 1:1 token conversion service between MRVL/MRVLB and ORCL/ORCLB will be suspended starting 2026-10-09 07:30.
• Deposits and withdrawals of MRVLB and ORCLB tokens will be suspended starting 2026-10-09 07:30.
• Binance Convert will also suspend conversion services for MRVLB, ORCLB, and all related trading pairs.
