$ETH $UNI What do you guys make of this chart?
ETH is stuck around the 2,700 level, drifting up and down. The 24-hour range is barely over $50, aggressive buying is notably weaker than selling, and passive limit orders are holding it up. ETFs have seen net outflows for five days in a row, while selling pressure from both spot and derivatives markets is gradually weighing on the price. If 2,700 doesn't hold, the next meaningful support is around 2,550.
UNI is even more sluggish, grinding back and forth between 8.8 and 9.2. The Bollinger Bands have narrowed to an extreme, volatility is squeezed to the limit, funding rates are low, and open interest has barely changed. Both bulls and bears are waiting for a clear direction. Unless it breaks above 9.36, it will likely keep ranging. 8.66 is short-term support; if that breaks, a wave of stop-loss liquidations could push it down to 8.49.
So in this market, chasing longs is likely to get you ground down, while going heavily short carries the risk of a sudden wick.
