Last night, before the SEC had even given its approval, the Winklevosses had already taken the exchange-traded fund for that privacy coin to Nasdaq’s doorstep, opening up another route for compliance.

The Chinese crypto community was busy too: “Machi” Huang Licheng began trimming his $BTC and $ETH long positions in the early hours, with $948,000 in unrealized profits. His 25x $ETH long of 35,700 coins and 40x Bitcoin long of 455 BTC are still open; he’s just reducing his positions.

Overnight, $143 million in positions were liquidated across the market, with both longs and shorts wiped out. Bitcoin is now at $85,550, down a modest 0.54% over 24 hours. It will likely keep chopping around this level ahead of the open.
