🟢 Market Order vs Limit Order
Do you know the difference between them? 👇
🔹 A Market Order is an order to buy or sell a currency at the price currently available in the market.
Example: If XRP is trading near $1.60 and you want to buy immediately, you can use a Market Order.
🔹 A Limit Order is an order where you set the price at which you want to buy or sell, and the system waits for the price to reach the level you specified.
Example: XRP = $1.60 and you want to buy at $1.55, you place a Limit Order at $1.55, and if the price reaches it, the order can be executed.
💡 In short: Market = I want execution now at the available price. Limit = I want execution at the price I specify.
