The fund will hold ZEC directly, use Gemini as custodian, and charge a 0.25% fee. Winklevoss Capital may purchase up to $100 million of shares, joining Grayscale and Bitwise as the third U.S. Zcash ETF contender. Grayscale’s ZEC ETF already commands nearly $890 million in assets.
