📰 CRYPTO NEWS
Founders Fund, the venture capital firm backed by Peter Thiel, led a $5 million token purchase in Anvil, a crypto collateral protocol that aims to make it easier to use digital assets as collateral in financial transactions. Pantera Capital and Bullish, two major names in the crypto ecosystem, also took part in the deal. The token acquired was ANVL, and the purchase comes as Anvil launches new software designed to help businesses integrate its collateral protocol more easily. This clearly shows that the project is targeting the institutional and B2B markets, where managing crypto collateral is an increasingly important need. When funds with Thiel’s and Pantera’s track records back the same project, it’s worth asking whether we’re looking at infrastructure that could become key to the next wave of institutional adoption.
