I just added a little to my LINK position around $14, but didn’t fill it out completely.

Not because I expect it to surge right away, but because the long-term case still holds at this price, and it’s worth watching in the short term too.

My initial entry was at $12.4. It previously climbed as high as $15.7, and has now pulled back to trade sideways around $14.

I just added to my position, bringing my average cost to $13.3.

The case for Chainlink is still fairly clear: oracles, cross-chain communication with CCIP, RWA, and bringing institutional assets on-chain—all of these areas still have room to grow.

But increased ecosystem adoption doesn’t mean the LINK price will necessarily rise right away. Token demand, market liquidity, and capital rotation all need to come into play too.

My plan: I’ve added a portion for now, and I’ll only consider adding more around $12–13.

LINK needs to reclaim and hold $15.5–16 for the short-term structure to clearly turn bullish. If it falls below $11.5–12, I’ll pause.

LINK is worth following over the long term, but it’s not worth going all in just because it’s a “long-established project.”

This time, I’ll take it as it comes. The fundamentals haven’t changed, but I want to leave myself some room with my position.
