The $30 billion figure came from Ripple president Monica Long at XRP Seoul: it’s a forecast for the value of tokenized assets on XRPL by 2027, up from around $6 billion today. It doesn’t mean the money has already flowed in.
The daily chart is still correcting; the 4H and 1H have only just ticked up, and no timeframe has confirmed momentum yet. Long accounts outnumber shorts 2.2 to 1, but the price is just moving sideways between 1.485 and 1.531. The crowd is already positioned on one side.
Main approach: stay out. Only reassess if a 4H candle closes outside the 1.443–1.555 range.
