From $1 to $0.88... Has the major correction toward $0.5 begun?
After failing to hold above $1, RLC entered a sharp correction of nearly -18%. In my personal opinion, this is not just consolidation, but the beginning of a corrective wave that could be deeper than many expect.
Reasons:
· Failure to close above $1 amid sharp overbought conditions
· Momentum was speculative rather than driven by genuine demand
· Volume began to decline after the peak
Key levels:
· First support: $0.82 - $0.86
· Second support: $0.76
· If it breaks below $0.76 with a clear close, we could see $0.60 and then $0.50
I don’t recommend buying at this stage. Waiting for prices to stabilize and form a stronger support base is better than chasing the price. And remember: spot trading only, to avoid leverage and liquidation risks.
