Dropped from $1 to $0.96... The start of a correction or a consolidation point?
After failing to hold above $1, RLC retreated to $0.96. The question now is: Is this the start of an upcoming correction, or consolidation before a new rally?
My personal view: A temporary correction is more likely. Here's why:
· Failed to close decisively above $1
· RSI was overbought
· Natural profit-taking after a strong rise
But this doesn't mean the rally is over. If it holds at $0.94–$0.96 and breaks back above $0.99, this could be consolidation. However, a decisive close below $0.92 would open the way to $0.88, then $0.82.
Levels:
Resistance: $0.99–$1.00
First support: $0.94–$0.96
Key support: $0.92
A break below it would temporarily invalidate the bullish scenario.
My advice: Spot trading only, no leverage, to avoid risks you don't need. Don't chase the price; wait for confirmation of the trend. Risk management matters more than profit.
