Breaking above $1... Is it the ultimate target or the beginning of higher highs?
After RLC's strong rally and its approach to $1, everyone is asking: Should we settle for this, or are there other targets?
My view: $1 isn't the end, but it's a strong psychological resistance. If it closes above that level on high volume, we could see $1.10 and then $1.37. But if it fails, a correction toward $0.82โ$0.86 is possible.
The RSI has reached 82, indicating overbought conditions, so a sudden bout of profit-taking could happen at any moment.
Resistance: $1.00, then $1.10. Support: $0.86, then $0.82. A break below $0.82 invalidates the bullish outlook and delays a move to $1.
My recommendation: Spot trading only, no leverage. Don't commit all your funds at $1. Wait for a support retest or a clear daily close above $1. Don't chase the price after a long candle. Risk management matters more than profit.
