Ethereum’s Glamsterdam upgrade activated on the Sepolia testnet today, October 6.
This is a major technical step toward Ethereum’s next scaling phase. Glamsterdam introduces enshrined proposer-builder separation (ePBS) and block-level access lists (BALs), which are designed to make block production and transaction validation more efficient.

This is Sepolia — not Ethereum mainnet.
