During this period, $ETH has been moving sideways. There are $922 million in short positions facing liquidation above 2832, and $832 million in long positions facing liquidation below 2574. Which comes first, a drop or a rally? Personally, I think 3000 is the final hurdle. If it holds above 2800, altcoins could surge across the board. It can’t break higher right now, so a pullback is an opportunity; consider building a position in batches between 2550 and 2580.

Why?

ETH rose more than 70% in Q3, and capital is flowing back in. ETFs saw net inflows of $111 million yesterday, with BlackRock’s ETHA accounting for $130 million, bringing total net inflows to $13.4 billion (ETHA is doing a 1-for-3 reverse stock split today: the share price will triple, while its market cap stays the same). Glamsterdam’s Sepolia testnet launches tonight, activating at 21:53:36. It will boost L1 throughput and adjust gas, with mainnet targeted for Q4. BTC is still strong, and funds may rotate into ETH and leading altcoins.

$MORPHO is a catch-up play in the ETH ecosystem and is also worth watching. MORPHO is currently around 2.32, up 8.1% over 24 hours, with a relatively strong trend and a market cap of $1.23 billion.
